Lessons run seven days a week at our Smithfield pool: weekday mornings, after school through to 8pm, and right across the weekend. Every lesson is 30 minutes, indoors and heated to 32°C, so a Tuesday in July runs exactly like a Tuesday in January.
Every lesson is 30 minutes. Our littlest swimmers have the pool through the morning, school-age classes run from 3pm, and at the weekend every level is in the water. Lessons carry on through the year, including most school holidays.
If you’re driving in from Fairfield, Wetherill Park or Prairiewood, the 3pm to 8pm weekday window is the one most families use, and it’s a short drive from school pick-up. But anytime that suits you, we can try and make it work. Not sure which level your child is in? The ten levels are set out here, and we’ll confirm the right one before your first lesson.

Every level swims across the weekend, from Aquababies right through to Shark.
Starfish runs in both weekday windows, as many of ur pre-schoolers can swim in the morning or the late afternoon. There are no weekday classes between 1pm and 3pm. Give us a call and we’ll tell you exactly which slots are free this week.
A group lesson is $28 for 30 minutes, once a week, and it’s the same $28 at every level. Private one‑to‑one lessons are $50 for 15 minutes or $100 for 30.

Just your child and their teacher, working at whatever pace suits them. It’s a lovely option if your little one would do better with the whole lesson to themselves, and it’s what we suggest for children in our No Limits program who’d benefit from more individual attention. NSW vouchers
We accept NSW Active and Creative Kids vouchers — the program most families still call Active Kids — in person and over the phone, and we’ll apply yours for you. They’re for children aged 4½ to 18 whose family receives Family Tax Benefit, so the baby and toddler classes sit outside the scheme. Do mention it when you enquire and we’ll sort the rest.
A group lesson at AQUAKids is $28 for 30 minutes, once a week, and it’s the same $28 at every level from six months through to squad. Add a second lesson in the same week and it comes at 10% off, which brings the two to $53.20 a week. Private lessons are $50 for 15 minutes or $100 for 30. Fees are paid 13 weeks at a time, prorated if you join partway through, and an Active and Creative Kids voucher comes straight off the total.
